Our Mission Statement:
VIA strives to provide the best possible English education in an enthusiastic and energetic atmosphere.

VIA is a private English language school in Victoria, BC, Canada. 
Our ESL Programs include Four Skills ESL, English Speaking Skills, Business English (Certificate and Diploma), TOEIC, TOEFL, and Special Programs, such as ESL + Music.
We also offer Group and Youth Programs. VIA is a TOEFL and TOEIC Test Centre.
